Finance & Accounts Manager

Company Description

Our client is revolutionizing the offshoring approach for the tech founders! They have a dedicated offshore sales and marketing team to drive leads, optimize campaigns, and grow revenue without the cost or complexity of you building an in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts using proper financial tools.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Manage audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters or CPA/CA preferred).
• Proven experience (5-7+ years) in finance and accounting roles, with leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent English speaking skills to deal with international stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero or Oracle).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with audit processes and risk management practices.

Employment Structure

• Onsite in Banani, Dhaka | Full-time
• Salary: BDT 60,000 - 80,000
