About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and responsive web design to take full ownership of the design structure and visual styling of an enterprise-grade web application. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create user interfaces that are visually appealing, highly functional, and intuitive for complex use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain visual assets for web and mobile apps using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
• Own and drive the HTML/CSS/SCSS implementation across the entire application.
• Collaborate with the Lead Frontend Engineer while taking full ownership of all HTML, styles, and visual assets for the Angular project, including creating and maintaining the design component library.
• Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Maintain consistency in UI design across different modules and platforms.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility, responsiveness, and usability standards.

• Collaborate with the dev team while taking full ownership of all HTML, styles, and visual assets for the Web project.
• Participate in design reviews, provide feedback to peers, and iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder input.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design for enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong hands-on skills in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and visual assets.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform best practices.
• Strong design sense with an eye for detail, alignment, color, and usability in a military or formal enterprise setting.
• Experience with Bootstrap 5 and Angular Material is a plus.

Employment Structure

• Onsite in Dhaka | Full-time & Contractual
• Salary: BDT 90,000 - 120,000
• Benefits: 3 Festival bonuses
• Work Week: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
