About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale our telesales operations in Jessore. The ideal candidate is already based in Jessore and brings strong experience in telesales, preferably selling digital products. Experience managing large sales teams or working in high-volume environments like insurance sales will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a large telesales team focused on selling digital services to MSMEs.
  • Monitor daily operations, optimize team performance, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents in collaboration with HR.
  • Implement coaching, reviews, and incentive systems to drive agent performance.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve customer conversion and retention - Analyze funnel metrics and share performance updates with leadership.

Skill & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telesales is mandatory; digital product or SaaS sales experience is a strong plus - Proven track record of managing and motivating large sales teams.
  • Background in insurance or other target-driven industries is highly relevant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
  • Must be based in Jessore or willing to relocate.

Employment Structure

  • Onsite in Jessore, Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 50,000 - 70,000
  • Benefits: Performance bonus + sales incentives
  • Work Week: Saturday - Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
