Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Answer customer queries and provide detailed product information.
- Close sales and meet monthly targets to maximize incentives.
Maintain records of calls and sales for future reference.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 6 months - 1 year of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and target-driven.
Employment Structure
- Onsite in Jessore, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 9,000. Average earning 20,000 per month based on performance.
- Benefits: Performance bonus + sales commission
- Work Week: Saturday - Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
