About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and coordination of enhancements and evolution of the Marketplace & Network Growth practice area. Through tight collaboration with and direction from, the Group Product Manager, you will develop and deliver on the Marketplace & Network Growth vision and strategy while effectively managing customer and stakeholder feedback. In this role, you will work directly with many diverse groups both inside and outside Field Nation, act as a bridge of communication to solve problems, deliver fantastic solutions, and help drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Group Product Manager to define key initiatives for your product focus area that align with the product team practice area and company goals.
  • Perform market research, develop business cases, and prioritize product initiatives, epics, and themes that focus on maximum value and strategy alignment through discovery and validation.
  • Provide backlog management, planning, and elaboration of the user stories while setting expectations for the delivery of new functionality
  • Collect and analyze a variety of data to help determine what needs to be built and in what priority.
  • Identify and define key value propositions and quantify their benefits and value to the business, customers, and prospects.
  • Work as a part of a highly cross-functional team to oversee the planning, design, development, and launch throughout the full product life cycle to achieve business objectives.
  • Inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction through your product leadership.
  • Develop strategy and roadmap to lead with a data-driven and low/no code experimentation first mindset.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A passion for and deep expertise in the product management discipline and a minimum of 4+ years experience in product management.
  • An excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer and business needs and execute a business strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes, principles, and approaches to Product Management.
  • Ability to write technical requirements, develop business models and define support requirements and processes.
  • Proven success at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners.
  • Deep dedication to learning through customer interaction and desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with natural curiosity and investigative skills who takes ownership to drive results.
  • Experience with multi-sided platform products or experience in the talent industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with offshore teams is a plus.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related field.

Employment Structure

  • Hybrid in Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 170,000 - 230,000+ (slightly higher for deserving candidates)
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (3 days remote, 2 days physical)
