About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager, to develop strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across digital channels to drive sales growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with sales and growth targets.
  • Manage full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Display, and Affiliates.
  • Implement and manage digital tools for accurate data and reporting.
  • Monitor, Analysis and optimize performance based on metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO tools, and analytics.
  • Proven success managing high-budget, performance-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior.

Employment Structure

  • On-site in Tejgaon, Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 70,000 - 100,000
  • Benefits: Mobile allowance + Health insurance + 2 Festival bonuses + Leave encashment
  • Work Week: Sunday - Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
