Key Responsibilities

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design process, including creating user-centered designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. The role involves collaborating with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals. Responsibilities include conducting user research, usability testing, iterating on designs, and contributing to the overall product vision.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience. 
  • Strong skills in Visual Design and creating detailed mockups for digital products (web and mobile).
  • Expertise in User Experience (UX) research, design, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in User Interface Design and crafting intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Strong English fluency in spoken and written is required.
  • Experience working on designs for foreign clients is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Front-End development to effectively collaborate with developers.
  • Demonstrated experience in using design tools such as Figma.
  • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Previous experience in working on web and mobile applications.
  • Must have an online portfolio.

Employment Structure

  • Remote in Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 50,000 - 65,000+ (slightly higher for deserving candidates)
  • Work Week: Sunday-Thursday, 8 hours (4 hours overlap with team, 4 hours flexible)
