About the role

We're hiring a Marketing Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable automation systems across our CRM and marketing stack. They will develop high-performing email flows, build integrations using APIs and webhooks, implement tracking infrastructure, and extend platform capabilities with custom code. This role partners cross-functionally to improve efficiency, manage marketing technology initiatives, and drive performance through data, analytics, and smart automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows across CRM platforms (GHL, HubSpot).
  • Develop and maintain email flows, drip campaigns, and triggered sequences with a focus on deliverability and analytics.
  • Build and manage integrations between marketing tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n).
  • Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking).
  • Write and maintain custom code (Python) to extend platform capabilities and solve automation challenges.
  • Manage marketing technology projects — timelines, deliverables, documentation, and discovery.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on automation performance and campaign analytics.
  • Document technical processes, integration architectures, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with the Product Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficiency improvements across the marketing stack.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or marketing engineering.
  • Degree in Computer Science or an engineering-related field. A secondary degree in Marketing or formal training in Marketing.
  • Proven experience setting up and managing CRM flows.
  • Strong understanding of email flows, email analytics, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Engineering background with the ability to read, write, and manipulate code.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation workflow architecture.
  • Python proficiency.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, or similar).
  • Familiarity with various email platforms.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and/or HubSpot
  • Hands-on experience with n8n.
  • Email deliverability expertise (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming, reputation management).
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and write marketing copy.

Employment Structure

  • On-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 80,000 - 120,000
