About the role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale the marketing function for a fast-growing company. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance optimization across channels, with a strong focus on performance marketing, demand generation, and lead acquisition.

This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role overseeing the full marketing funnel, including paid acquisition, funnel development, landing page optimization, and marketing automation, while building scalable systems that drive consistent pipeline growth and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and lead the overall marketing strategy and execution, aligning initiatives with company growth objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team while ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and execution across campaigns and projects.
  • Partner closely with the Co-Founder to define marketing priorities, growth strategies, and revenue targets.
  • Build scalable marketing systems that support predictable pipeline generation and company expansion.

Paid Acquisition & Funnel Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage the full marketing funnel for paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Oversee campaign strategy, including audience targeting, messaging, creative coordination, and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with the design and copy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets.
  • Ensure seamless lead capture and conversion through optimized landing pages and marketing funnels.

Funnel Development & Conversion Optimization

  • Design, build, and optimize marketing funnels that convert traffic into qualified leads.
  • Coordinate funnel development including landing pages, VSLs, lead magnets, and conversion flows.
  • Continuously test and improve funnel performance through A/B testing and CRO best practices.

Marketing Automation & CRM Optimization

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot marketing tools, including: Campaign management, Lead capture systems, Segmentation strategies, Marketing automation workflows, and Lead nurturing sequences.
  • Ensure marketing and CRM systems work seamlessly to track and convert leads
    effectively.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Track and optimize key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution.
  • Establish reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into marketing performance and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Growth & Experimentation

  • Identify and test new marketing channels, acquisition strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop demand generation initiatives to increase brand visibility and inbound lead flow.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and campaign efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with significant experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Prior experience working with North-American clients.
  • Proven experience planning and managing full-funnel paid marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel architecture and conversion optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating creatives, landing pages, and funnel assets to drive lead generation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing tools, including campaign management, lead capture, segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Deep familiarity with performance marketing metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong project management and team coordination skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with AC funnel frameworks such as ClickFunnels or similar funnel-building platforms.
  • B2B lead generation and demand generation experience is preferred.
  • Preferred experience developing Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and long-form conversion content.
  • Experience scaling marketing funnels in a growth-stage company is preferred.
  • Relevant marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.).
  • A relevant marketing degree or education is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Employment Structure

  • On-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 200,000 - 250,000
