About the Role
They provide a unique service to individuals who are moving homes, and the exceptional assistance of our Sales Development Executives (internally referred to as Move Specialists) is crucial for their ongoing success and growth. In this role, you will interact with customers who are experiencing one of the top five most stressful life events, and your goal will be to offer outstanding services that help alleviate that stress. The role is fast-paced and comes with high expectations. However, the company equips you with all the necessary tools to succeed, as well as an excellent product to sell!
Key Responsibilities
- Working through their CRM internal dialler system, arranging appointments for customers who have expressed an interest in our service through our agency partners.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
- Build relationships with customers to achieve high-quality retention and conversion appointments for the sales team.
- Ensuring a great customer experience while educating customers about their service throughout the booking process.
- Providing appointment support (eg. rearranging appointments) for the Sales Specialist team.
- Answering inbound calls from customers interested in their services and qualifying them for the sales team.
- Using a variety of sales techniques in line with their internal coaching and training processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in Sales Development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BA, BBA, or related field.
- Strong objection-handling abilities and confident relationship management.
- Proven experience in maintaining and progressing a sales pipeline with high conversion rates.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting KPIs.
- Ability to follow structured call guides while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Adaptability and openness to change within a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of effective time management.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Background in sales, telesales, customer success, or account management.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated environments.
- Training or certifications in sales techniques (advantageous but not essential).
Employment Structures
- Hybrid in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time, Part-time
- Salary: BDT 45,000 - 50,000 (+ Sales incentives 10,000-25,000 BDT)
- Benefits: 2 Festival Bonuses
- Work Week: Monday - Friday, aligned to UK hours
