Our client is a US-headquartered AI-powered calendar engagement platform that connects fans with real-time sports, entertainment, and cultural events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as an extension of the CEO, anticipating needs and driving execution.
  • Own cross-functional priorities and planning, ensuring strategic output.
  • Create structure, systems, and accountability across teams.
  • Partner with department leads for operational, financial, and strategic clarity.
  • Drive AI enablement across workflows and decision-making.
  • Oversee high-priority initiatives, aligning intent with execution.
  • Support CEO with investor relations, fundraising, legal, recruiting, corporate development.
  • Facilitate internal communication, keeping CEO updated on progress and blockers.
  • Prepare and review key reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership meetings, board reviews, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to building a collaborative and high-performance culture by working with local team members.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and contract management.
  • People management experience is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • International exposure through work or extensive travel abroad.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Employment Structure

  • Hybrid in Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: USD 1,250 - 1,650
  • Benefits: 2 Festival bonuses 
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (including 1 hour lunch break)
