About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to take ownership of product quality across the entire development lifecycle. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring that every feature and release meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and contribute to the development of scalable testing, automation, and quality assurance processes that support the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of QA activities for all assigned features and releases.
- Establish and maintain structured test plans, test cases, and regression testing procedures.
- Identify, document, and communicate bugs, usability issues, and quality risks clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to improve quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Audit existing QA processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, coverage, and reliability.
- Create clear QA documentation and testing standards to support future scalability.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently manage testing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Become a trusted advocate for the end user by proactively identifying functionality, usability, and experience issues before release.
Skills & Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Has experience testing web applications across both frontend and backend systems.
- Has experience creating test plans, test cases, regression testing processes, and QA documentation.
- Strong understanding of API testing, integration testing, and backend validation using tools such as Postman or equivalent.
- Experience working in AI-powered, SaaS, or marketplace products with frequent release cycles.
- Demonstrated success in reducing production bugs and improving release confidence through process improvements and automation.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and testing priorities simultaneously.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows.

Employment Structure
- Remote in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 100,000 - 150,000+ (slightly higher for deserving candidates)
- Benefits: Annual Bonus + Paid Leaves + 2 Festival Bonuses + BD Government Holidays + Other company benefits
- Work Week: Monday - Friday, 02:00 pm - 10:00 pm (UK-aligned hours)
