About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Officer for the company who are in to diversified businesses that are engaged in services, retail/wholesale trading, imports, and exports of veterinary equipment and products.The business operates under multiple brands including VET LAB and VET Pharma, serving the veterinary healthcare and diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate must have strong marketing, communication, and brand management skills with the ability to work across multiple business verticals.
The prospective employee will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, promoting products and services, managing brand visibility, and supporting sales growth across all business divisions. The role also involves coordinating with different teams to ensure consistent branding, market outreach, and customer engagement. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be creative, proactive, and result-oriented with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing. Preferred candidates are confident, organized, and capable of handling multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for AMC Mart.
- Promoting veterinary products, services, and diagnostic solutions to targeted customer segments (B2B and B2C).
- Planning and managing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email,and other online platforms.
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales growth through lead generation activities.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, and corporate partners.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity,and industry trends.
- Assisting in brand development, promotional materials, and product positioning.
- Coordinating with sales, operations, and clinical teams to ensure effective marketing execution.
- Organizing promotional events, campaigns, and product awareness programs.
- Monitoring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all business and client-related activities.
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related discipline.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
Employment Structure
- On-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 18,000 - 22,000
- Benefits: Co-contribution Provident fund on basic salary 5% + monthly attendance & Performance bonus + Insurance + Two Festival Bonuses.
- Work Week: Saturday-Thursday, 10:00 am - 7:00pm
