About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the upcoming international product launch and owning the end-to-end go-to-market strategy. The Product Marketing Specialist will drive execution across SEO, paid media, content, and analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable growth systems and deliver measurable impact. This position is ideal for a results-driven marketer with experience in SaaS or digital products who thrives on turning strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end product launch and go-to-market strategies for international markets.

Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and best practices.

Define clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate the product in the market.

Plan and execute SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, technical, and international SEO.

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize performance.

Set up and manage conversion tracking and performance measurement, analyzing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Drive funnel optimization through landing page testing, A/B experiments, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.

Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to deliver high-impact, aligned campaigns.

Prepare performance reports and stakeholder presentations with clear insights, metrics, and actionable recommendations.
Skill & Qualifications
- Proven experience in go-to-market planning, product launches, market research, competitor analysis, ICP and buyer persona development, and product positioning and pricing.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, SaaS Marketing, or Growth Marketing, preferably within SaaS or AI-driven tech products.
- Strong expertise in SEO, including on-page, off-page, technical, and international/geo-targeted strategies, along with content marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and ROAS optimization.
- Experience in landing page optimization, A/B testing, funnel design, CRO initiatives, and email marketing automation.
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, and behavior analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills for ads, landing pages, and campaigns, with the ability to develop clear content strategies.
- Solid understanding of SaaS growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, MRR, and churn, with a data-driven approach to growth optimization.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of AI and technology trends and the ability to position AI products for global audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
