About The Role
We are looking for a Patient Support Executive with exceptional communication & marketing skills. We are a veterinary hospital, so our ethos is comparable to that of any other medical facility. Therefore, the optimal candidate must also possess interpersonal and administrative skills. The candidate must be a self-assured, professional individual with exceptional communication skills to ensure a seamless daily operation. The prospective employee must be able to work under extreme duress and handle any type of emergency with professionalism. To be successful in this position, you need to collaborate effectively with clients to serve tailor
made health service solutions for pets. Preferred candidates are organized, well-informed, empathetic, and highly emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring proper functioning of the front office operation & customer handling.
- Greeting customers and helping them with the registration process.
- Scheduling appointments, consultation and follow ups.
- Maintaining and updating patient/client records.
- Billing customers based on the services they received.
- Collecting pathology reports, X-Ray reports, getting them checked by the attending doctor, and sending them to the customers.
- Taking accurate notes as a record for other staff to use.
- Educating attendants or owners of pets about their pet wellness.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Keeping doctors, patients, and other staff members' information confidential.
Skills & Qualifications
- Only Female candidates are requested to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Business and Marketing background is preferred.
- Fresher/1 year of work experience in a medical facility of any kind or customer care service will get the preference.
- Must have basic knowledge of animal care.
- Must be proficient in spoken English, as effective communication with foreign customers is an essential part of the role.
- Ability to work in an adverse environment, exposed to unpleasant sights, odors, and animal bites.
- Excellent customer service skills and always acts in a professional manner.
- High-level organizational skills.
- Ability to do multiple things at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Structure
Onsite in Baridhara | Full-time
Salary: BDT 22,000
Benefits: Festival bonus + Co-contribution Provident Fund + Insurance Coverage + Monthly attendance + Performance bonus
Work Week: 6 days a week, Friday, Saturday are mandatory workday, work hour would be on roster basis (9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm)
