About the Role


We are seeking a proactive and creative Senior Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns for our client. This role is ideal for professionals with good experience in managing paid social and PPC campaigns, particularly within an agency environment. The position requires a balance of analytical skills and creativity, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance campaign performance and streamline content development. As part of the digital marketing team, you will play a key role in generating high-quality leads, optimizing ad performance, and driving measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social (Facebook/Meta) and PPC campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the team on campaign strategy, planning, and tactical execution.
  • Assist in ad creative development and craft compelling creative briefs.
  • Leverage AI tools (particularly ChatGPT) for ad copywriting and visual content creation.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine creative performance and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Generate weekly performance reports using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and GoHighLevel.
  • Track and analyze key campaign performance metrics to evaluate lead generation outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights and flag optimization opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline campaign workflows.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI functionalities and integrate them into digital marketing processes.
  • Contribute to building AI-enhanced systems for greater campaign efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a marketing agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns (Facebook/Meta preferred).
  • Exposure to PPC campaign management.
  • Proficiency in campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, particularly ChatGPT.
  • Basic design skills; Canva experience is a plus.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms is preferred.

Employment Structure

  • Onsite in Banani, Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 35,000 - 50,000
