About the Role

As a Sales Representative, your primary key performance indicator (KPI) will be the sales you generate on the platform. This involves recruiting top service professionals and ensuring a sufficient number of buyers and clients are onboarded to keep the marketplace active and balanced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard service professionals/experts across creative, digital, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Generate demand by acquiring buyers and clients for services on the platform.
  • Pitch our clients' value proposition and ensure professionals complete their profiles.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track performance and report on progress against KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.

Skill & Qualifications

  • 2+ years in SaaS, ITES, or digital product sales.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Bangla & English.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.

Employment Structure

  • On-site in Dhaka Cantonment | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 30,000+ (based on experience & performance).

*This position includes a probationary period of 3 to 6 months, during which you must meet specified sales targets. Incentives will be offered for surpassing these sales goals, along with opportunities for long-term growth.
