About the job ABA Supervisor
Company Description
Our client provides evidence-based early interventions for children facing special needs and developmental delays. Situated in Gulshan, Dhaka, their state-of-the-art facility spans 8,000 square feet and proudly collaborates with international organisations. Their comprehensive range of services includes Applied Behaviour Analysis-Verbal Behaviour (ABA-VB), Speech and Language Therapy (SLT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Social Skill Programmes, Mental Health Interventions, and Counselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
- Oversee case managers, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Deliver training lectures for new therapists, focusing on ABA methodologies, protocols, and ethical practices.
- Conduct bi-weekly or monthly parent meetings to review progress, address concerns, and provide guidance.
- Provide monthly supervision for a caseload of 25-30 clients, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related clinical roles.
- Postgraduate degree in relevant field or candidate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), QBA (Qualified Behavior Analyst) or equivalent (required).
- Certificate or candidate in supervision training is required.
- Foreign nationals is a must.
- Advanced English fluency.
- An IBA (International Behavior Analyst) with 01-year experience after certification is preferable.
Employment Structure
- Onsite in Gulshan, Bangladesh | Full-time & Contractual
- Salary: US$ 35,000 - 45,000 annual
