About The Role

We are seeking a Graphics Designer Web & Social Media with strong creative and visual storytelling skills to enhance our brand presence. As a veterinary hospital, our ethos reflects professionalism, care, and compassion and we expect our communications to reflect the same.

The ideal candidate will design engaging digital content, capture and edit high-quality photos and videos from events and outreach programs and manage impactful storytelling across our web and social platforms. This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The candidate must be adaptable, able to work under pressure, and
collaborate with different teams to produce brand-consistent visuals that resonate with our clients and the wider pet care community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics, banners, and marketing materials for websites, social media, and print.
  • Collaborate with developers to maintain a visually engaging and user-friendly website.
  • Design and update web layouts, landing pages, and banners in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create visually appealing posts, stories, and ad creatives for social media campaigns.
  • Develop infographics, brochures, and other creative materials as needed.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during outreach programs, events, and daily activities.
  • Shoot professional product, team, and candid photos for promotional use.
  • Set up basic lighting and audio equipment for small shoots if required.
  • Edit videos for social media, websites, and presentations (short reels, highlights, interviews, etc.).
  • Add captions, transitions, background music, and branding elements to videos.
  • Optimize digital content for fast web and mobile performance.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to publish photos, videos, and designs on time.
  • Suggest creative ideas to boost audience engagement.
  • Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, and design templates for future use.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Photography, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and videography (strong portfolios are a must)
  • Creative eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with social media content requirements (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Willingness to travel for outreach programs and events when needed.
  • High-level organizational skills.
  • Ability to do multiple things at once and work in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Structure

Onsite in Baridhara | Full-time

Salary: BDT 50,000 

Benefits: Festival bonus + Co-contribution Provident Fund + Insurance Coverage + Monthly attendance + Performance bonus

Work Week: 6 days a week, Fridays are mandatory workday, work hour - 10am-7pm/11am-8pm
