About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Web3 / Blockchain Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to join their innovative blockchain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement secure and scalable blockchain solutions that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, or others used by the Company.
- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) leveraging Web3 technologies to support the Company's blockchain initiatives.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate blockchain components with web and mobile platforms.
- Optimize blockchain protocols and smart contracts to ensure security, scalability, and efficient gas usage.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in security audits aligned with industry best practices.
- Stay current with the latest blockchain trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep the Company's solutions at the forefront.
- Assist in designing tokenomics, governance frameworks, and other blockchain mechanisms specific to the Company's projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in blockchain or Web3 development.
- Proficiency in smart contract languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Strong experience with Ethereum ecosystem tools like Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, or Brownie.
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries such as Web3JS, EthersJS, or equivalents.
- Experience building and deploying decentralized applications.
- Solid knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus algorithms, cryptographic hashes, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), wallets, and gas optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of backend development in NodeJS, Python, or Go is an advantage.
- Experience with decentralized storage solutions (IPFS, Arweave) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative Agile or Scrum development environment.
- Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions or sidechains is desirable.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, and DAO frameworks is preferred.
- Exposure to cross-chain interoperability projects is nice to have.
- Familiarity with blockchain security best practices and tools is nice to have.

- Salary: Starts from BDT 60K
