About the role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join a dynamic marketing team in Dhaka, responsible for driving performance improvements across paid advertising campaigns through innovative creative strategies and data-driven optimization.
This full-time role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can consistently generate fresh creative concepts, execute them with excellence, and continuously refine performance based on campaign data while supporting both internal initiatives and select client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Develop innovative ad concepts and creative strategies that drive performance metrics.
- Bring new campaign ideas and creative initiatives to the team on a weekly basis.
- Stay ahead of creative trends in performance advertising and emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative strategy with business objectives.
Execution & Production
- Produce a continuous weekly output of high-quality static and video ad creatives.
- Design ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Display, YouTube), and other performance platforms.
- Create scroll-stopping visuals that drive clicks, conversions, and engagement.
- Optimize existing ad creatives based on weekly performance data and insights.
AI-Powered Workflows
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production and unlock new possibilities.
- Use AI image generators to create compelling visual assets.
- Employ AI video generation tools to produce engaging video content at scale.
- Integrate AI into your creative workflow while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities.
- A/B test creative variations to improve key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CPA).
- Iterate quickly based on performance insights.
- Document learnings and share best practices with the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer with extensive focus on creative assets for digital advertising.
- Proven track record creating performance-based ad creatives that drive measurable results.
- Experience designing ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Previous work with North American companies or clients.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in B2B services, particularly lead generation or performance marketing (experience in SaaS or professional services is a plus).
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop (image editing and manipulation), Illustrator (vector graphics and design), Premiere Pro (video editing), After Effects (motion graphics and animation).
- Strong skills in Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.
- Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or similar platforms.
- Comfortable with both static and video ad formats.
AI & Emerging Technologies
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, OpenAI DALL-E, or similar).
- Extensive experience with AI video generation platforms (Veo 3, Kling, Pika, Runway, or similar).
- Ability to integrate AI tools into production workflows efficiently.
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn new AI tools as they emerge.
Creative & Strategic Abilities
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop creative strategies.
- Data-driven approach to creative optimization.
- Excellent understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
- Self-starter who brings ideas proactively rather than waiting for direction.
Soft Skills
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with the marketing team.

Employment Structure
- On-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 80,000 - 100,000
