What We Look For
- 1+ year experience in recruitment OR strong transferable experience
- Bachelor's degree in CSE or other field
- Strong communication skill in English and Bangla
- Ability to work independently in a work from home setup
- Comfort working against KPIs
- Interest in tech hiring
- Existing talent network in Bangladesh is a strong advantage

Employment Structure
- Work from home in Bangladesh | Full-time and Contractual | BYOD (bring your own device)
- Competitive salary aligned with experience
- Work Week: Sunday - Thursday (Saturday is a light working day)
- Work hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (work flexibility)
- Benefits: Permanent employment after 3-6 months based on performance + 2 Festival bonuses after probation + Internet allowance + Device allowance
