What We Look For

• 1+ year experience in recruitment OR strong transferable experience
• Bachelor's degree in CSE or other field
• Strong communication skill in English and Bangla
• Ability to work independently in a work from home setup
• Comfort working against KPIs
• Interest in tech hiring
• Existing talent network in Bangladesh is a strong advantage

Employment Structure

• Work from home in Bangladesh | Full-time and Contractual | BYOD (bring your own device)
• Competitive salary aligned with experience
• Work Week: Sunday - Thursday (Saturday is a light working day)
• Work hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (work flexibility)
• Benefits: Permanent employment after 3-6 months based on performance + 2 Festival bonuses after probation + Internet allowance + Device allowance
