About the role
The Senior Product Manager is a highly strategic and technically grounded leader responsible for designing, structuring, and scaling the company's product management foundation. This role focuses on building the frameworks, processes, and operating systems that enable product teams to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently and consistently as the organization grows.
This position goes beyond traditional product ownership. The Senior Product Manager will establish standards, workflows, and measurement practices that drive clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement across product initiatives. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, this role ensures the product organization operates with strong discipline, visibility, and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end product management system governing planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Define product service codes to break products into measurable, trackable units of work.
- Build real-time reporting, dashboards, and quality measurement frameworks to track product health, performance, and outcomes.
- Engineer standardized yet flexible workflows, automation, and tooling to improve efficiency and consistency across product lines.
- Establish feedback loops, version control, and change management systems for continuous process improvement.
- Source, onboard, and operationalize external product advisors into structured playbooks, knowledge systems, and internal standards.
- Design training, competency, and certification frameworks to measure skill levels, close capability gaps, and improve execution quality.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate product managers with clear KPIs, benchmarks, and performance reviews.
- Oversee development and integration of internal tools, APIs, data pipelines, and technical infrastructure supporting product operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering scalable, repeatable products and processes.
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with production systems, including architecture, APIs, databases, and CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language with the ability to assess technical feasibility and make sound architecture decisions.
- Strong expertise in workflow design, process optimization, and KPI-driven measurement frameworks.
- Proven systems-thinking ability to design and connect people, processes, and technology at scale.
- Experience building documentation systems, playbooks, and quality management frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, mentoring talent, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with B2B or internal tools, modern product management platforms, and data/analytics systems.
- Exposure to product operations, technical program management, or distributed/offshore team environments.
Employment Structure
- On-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 150,000 - 160,000+ (higher for deserving candidates)
