We are searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and provide our Talent with a stellar candidate experience. Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in growing and engaging Talvette's candidate community. The role mostly focuses on shaping and improving the candidate journey from acquisition and communication to content creation and community engagement. Additionally, it involves managing end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles. This position is ideal for someone who is people-focused, proactive, and comfortable combining recruitment work with strategic initiatives that enhance candidate experience and attract new talent.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Experience & Talent Acquisition
- Lead and optimize the candidate journey for individuals joining Talvette's network.
- Build strategies to increase candidate inbounding, including campaigns, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Create blogs, short articles, and candidate-focused content to attract talent and strengthen employer branding.
- Host or support webinars, virtual events, and info sessions to engage potential candidates.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates post-onboarding to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve touchpoints, communication, and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the team to refine acquisition strategies and grow the candidate community.
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
- Maintain a healthy, diverse pipeline using effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and transparent recruitment process with timely updates to candidates.
- Work with internal teams to understand hiring needs and match the right talent.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations roles.
- Having experience in a tech company or in tech recruitment will be considered as a significant plus.
- Strong command in written and verbal communication, especially in English.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to write simple, clear, and engaging content for candidates.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and remote-first environment.
- Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for diverse roles.
- Creative thinking to initiate engagement activities and inbound strategies.
Employment Structure:
- Work from home in Dhaka | Full-time and Contractual | BYOD (bring your own device)
- Salary: BDT 40,000-50,000
- Work Week: Sunday - Thursday. Saturday is a light working day
- Work hours: 10 AM to 6 PM. We have flexible work hours
- Benefits: Permanent employment after 3-6 months based on performance + 2 Festival bonuses after probation + Internet allowance + Device allowance
