Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear design problems and effective product solutions.
  • Lead solution exploration and end-to-end design execution, ensuring design decisions align with business goals, constraints, and success metrics.
  • Design responsive web and mobile product experiences, delivering low- to high-fidelity designs, production-ready files, and interactive prototypes.
  • Own design quality through implementation by partnering closely with engineers to maintain interaction details, visual polish, and design system consistency.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Apply, maintain, and evolve the design system using Figma, ensuring consistency from design through development.
  • Produce clear and effective design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, to drive alignment and accelerate delivery.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based team members while working alongside the Bangladesh product and engineering teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products for responsive web and native mobile platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex product problems with intuitive, user-centered solutions.
  • Proven experience conducting user research and applying findings to product design decisions.
  • Solid foundation in UX/UI principles, including usability, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component-based design systems and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and trade-offs.
  • Experience collaborating across time zones is highly preferred.

Employment Structure

  • Hybrid in Uttara, Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 220,000 - 285,000
