About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Coordinator who can provide both personal and professional support to the leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and can take initiative to ensure smooth operations across projects and daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the leadership team, including scheduling, coordination, communication, and follow-up on key activities.
  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks such as document preparation, meeting coordination, reporting, travel, expense management, onboarding and offboarding employees, and managing SaaS contracts.
  • Support internal and external communications, including drafting emails, preparing presentations, and managing information flow.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to light marketing and content-related initiatives (as needed), especially in coordination, campaign tracking, and vendor communication.
  • Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency, automate routine tasks, and support creative or research needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster team engagement and company culture.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional work experience.
  • Proven experience in a coordinator, operations, or assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced or marketing agency environment.
  • Proficient with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT; comfortable with design tools for purposes of creating presentations like Figma and Canva; very tech savvy and interested in progressive/cutting-edge solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to take initiative and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to maintain working hours overlapping with EST (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST minimum).

Employment Structure

  • Hybrid in Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: USD 500 - 900 per month
  • Benefits: 2 Festival bonuses
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (including 1 hour lunch break)
