Duties & responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals and target markets in KSA and beyond.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), email, and our website to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Plan, create, and schedule compelling content (including copy, visuals, and basic video concepts) to grow our social media community and foster meaningful engagement.
  • Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, social media ads (primarily LinkedIn), and retargeting funnels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify new opportunities, trends, and audience insights that can inform our strategy.
  • Work closely with the Tech Division for website functionality, the Delivery Division for case studies and client insights, and internal/content designers to develop high-converting creatives and messaging.
  • Manage basic website updates, create optimized landing pages for campaigns, and implement foundational SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
  • Run systematic A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and email content to maximize conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of spend and recommending adjustments based on data-driven performance.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns for product launches, promotional offers, and key company events.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools in the B2B and tech space.

Qualifications & skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist,
  • preferably in a B2B or technology/software environment.
  • Hands-on experience with managing campaigns on LinkedIn and X (Twitter) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Demonstrable experience in setting up and optimizing PPC and social media advertising campaigns.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.
