Project manager

Exciting hybrid opportunity between Cairo and Riyadh for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in software development and operations. We're looking for a driven professional with 4+ years of project management experience, skilled in agile processes, service delivery, and resource management, and proficient in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end technical and operational project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and budget efficiently
• Develop and track project cost and revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure delivery success.
• Utilize Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Ensure operational readiness and seamless transition to business operations.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of proven experience in project management (Software development & Operations)
• Strong understanding of project management, agile processes, and service delivery
• Strong understanding of operations, processes, and service delivery
• Excellent skills in resource, cost, and scope management
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps & Microsoft Project
• Short notice period (1 month) availability is highly preferred
• PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or Kanban (Preferred)
