Duties & responsibilities 

Overview
We are looking for a skilled Presales Consultant to bridge client needs with innovative technology solutions. You will analyze requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver value propositions that align with business objectives.

• Conduct client requirement analysis and prepare solution designs.
  Review RFPs, build proposals, and cost models.
• Engage vendors when needed to ensure proposals meet customer expectations.
• Deliver presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and project teams.
• Support portfolio development with new solutions and market insights.
  
  
  Qualifications
  Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in presales or solution consulting.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills (Arabic & English).
• Solid knowledge of Enterprise applications & SDLC practices
• Workflow automation and business process optimization
• ECM, CMS, Content & document management/correspondence management.
• System architecture and solution design for enterprise projects
• Systems integration & API management
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, digital platforms/e-services, and cloud/DevOps environments.
  
  Good to Have:
  Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools.
  Exposure to AI/ML technologies, including NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs).
