Our client a global system integrator is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Asset Manager Solution Consultant to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either IFS EAM, or IBM Maximo or Infor EAM (Hexagon) module, and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the EAM solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of asset management best practices and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough needs analysis and gather requirements from clients to understand their asset management processes and challenges

- Design and implement customized solutions to meet the specific needs of each client

- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our enterprise asset management software

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies

- Serve as a subject matter expert on EAM technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements to effectively advise clients on best practices, processes and solutions.

- Participate in product development and enhancement projects to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

- Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise asset management, in a consulting role

- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing either IFS EAM or IBM Maximo or Infor EAM (Hexagon)

- Possess profound knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management processes and technologies, encompassing maintenance management, asset tracking, predictive maintenance, and beyond.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
