About the job Account Manager

Our client is recruiting a self-motivated, ambitious and dynamic Account Executive with proven experience in the general contracting services or facilities maintenance services in the USA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact with clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships while ensuring client needs and satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Create strategic plans to grow accounts, identify service expansion opportunities, and track key performance metrics.
  • Drive account renewals and service upsell and cross-sell by presenting proposals, supporting negotiations, and closing contracts.
  • Lead a smooth client onboarding process by setting up a clear and transparent operating model, introducing key team members, and setting expectations on both client and internal sides.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets
  • Lead strategic business development through market analysis about customers, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Oversee facility projects end to end, coordinating teams, communicating progress, removing hurdles and adjusting plans to ensure timely delivery and customer needs are met
  • Deliver weekly account, service and performance reports to upper management
  • Resolve client issues promptly by collaborating with teams, managing escalations, and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, ensure accurate billing, and monitor profitability while delivering cost-effective service solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience leading commercial maintenance and repair services across multiple states
  • Proven track record in leading positive relationships with B2B Clients in the facilities maintenance industry
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue, profit and growth targets in the facilities maintenance services industry across USA
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to enable the internal teams to maximize their potential
  • Skilled in building vendor relationships, optimizing workflow processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Known for a proactive approach, strong leadership, and strategic planning to scale operations and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and committed to providing efficient, cost-effective, and timely solutions in the facility management industry
