Position Overview:

Our client, a diversified retail group, is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to join their teams in Beirut, Lebanon. The marketing manager will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities for the client and promoting our services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Marketing Excellence

  • Develop and execute seasonal and annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across in-store branding, visual merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
  • Lead social media strategy, content creation, and community growth while ensuring brand consistency
  • Manage influencer marketing programs, including recruitment and long-term partnerships with brand ambassadors
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with retail operations, sales, and visual merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution

Wholesale Brand Leadership

  • Define and maintain brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging across wholesale partners
  • Develop sales enablement tools including product catalogs, presentations, trade materials, and POS content
  • Design co-marketing initiatives with wholesale partners to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Support trade marketing activities and brand presence across distribution channels

Marketing Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team across all functions
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of marketing staff
  • Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure continuous team development
  • Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure alignment between team output and overall company objectives

E-commerce & Digital Marketing Innovation

  • Lead digital marketing strategies across websites and third-party marketplaces
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and performance
  • Optimize SEO, product content, and conversion-driven digital experiences
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to increase retention and lifetime value
  • Oversee CRM systems, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to improve conversion funnels and user experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive in the Retail sector
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2C retail marketing
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing (digital, retail, and wholesale)
  • Hands-on experience with social media, influencer marketing, CRM systems, and paid advertising platforms
  • Strong knowledge of branding, consumer behavior, and retail marketing strategies
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing and performance-driven campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for family-focused, children, or maternity retail brands is a strong plus
