Network Operations Engineer

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving all network and firewall issues (L1 and L2 Support)
• Supporting clients with Switching (Cisco, HP, Juniper), Routing (cisco), Firewall (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Pfsense), Wi-Fi
• Oversee the installation of new network systems
• Updating or creating new VPN, policies and firewall tasks, device configurations, advanced network topology
• Replacing devices end of support, upgrading firmware, fixing security vulnerability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Networking, NOC Environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
