SAP S4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM module. The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design, realization, data migration, and testing ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of SAP PP/QM experience
• Has completed at least two end to end greenfield implementation projects.
• Extensive experience in the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes including (but not limited to) Production Planning, Forecasting, Procure to Pay and Quality Management. 
• Good experience in designing and configuring: Demand Management, MRP and Shop floor control process. Production Order Creation, Capacity Requirements Planning and Production Execution
• Good experience in designing and configuring Technical Objects, Notifications, Order Processing, Preventative Maintenance planning and Work Scheduling.
• Should have good functional knowledge in Batch Management, Variant Configuration, X-Steps, Interfaces, IDOCs, Functional Locations, Equipment, Equipment BOMs, Task Lists, Items and Plans, MROs, Contracts.
• Knowledge in the plant maintenance (PM module) related to:  Preventive, Breakdown, Operational, Calibration, pool asset management, shift notes/ reports, work clearance management, permits.
• Extensive experience in Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Return to Vendor process, Quality Certificates for Analysis and Conformance, Quality Notifications, Quality Reports, Audits Reports, Risk Assessment Reports etc.
• Extensive experience in QM processes such as vendor release process, quality certificates, quality notifications and process to support root cause analysis of filed failures to drive continuous improvements.
• Good experience in designing and configuring: QM Control key for the goods receiving inspection, inspection plan groups for the production line, Group Counters and assigned materials to them, Quality Management with Subcontracting, Consignment and Inter company Stock Transfer Orders.
• Good experience in master data including Quality work centers, MIC, Sampling schema and Procedures, Task lists, Selected Sets, Inspection method, Codes and code groups, Inspection Lot creation and completion.
• Good experience in designing and configuring: 
  • Quality side of the vendor evaluation (quality scores)
  • Quality notification workflows in order to streamline the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management, by automatically notifying relevant quality, manufacturing, purchasing and engineering teams.
  • Quality Certificates: Certificate of Analysis (COA) with its Recipients, Certificate Profile, Profile assignment and Output Determination Procedure.
  • Source Inspection of material for RFQ and Quota Arrangement
  • Return of Rejected Quality Inspected stock to vendor.
  • PR, PO, Goods Receipts, and Invoice verification with QM module. 
• SAP S/4HANA Best Practices: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards for PP/QM processes. This includes understanding standard SAP solutions, recommended configurations, and pre-configured business processes provided by SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep SAP Product Expertise in S/4HANA Manufacturing
• SAP S/4HANA Data Migration: Experience with data migration processes in SAP S/4HANA, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (SAP DS). This involves migrating legacy data while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• SAP Fiori/UI5: Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for SAP S/4HANA PS processes. This includes configuring Fiori apps, enhancing standard Fiori applications.
• Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA reporting tools such as embedded analytics within S/4HANA.
• Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP PP/QM and other relevant SAP modules with a particular focus on SD, PM, FICO, and MM as well as with third party interface designs and technologies (if applicable)
• Experience in implementations per SAP Activate methodology
• Experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.
• Experience in preparing Business process documents, Functional Design Documents, Functional Specifications and FIT GAP analysis.
