Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join a healthcare team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In this role, you will provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, utilizing advanced clinical skills and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $74,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to expand their expertise in a fast-paced, high-acuity ICU environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required within six (6) months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of ICU experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of general nursing experience.
