Market Director, Womens and Children Services

A leading healthcare network in Turlock, California, is seeking a strategic and passionate Market Director of Womens and Children Services to oversee operations across labor & delivery, obstetrics, and pediatric care units. This executive-level position is ideal for a dynamic nursing leader with deep clinical experience and a commitment to patient-centered care, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and operational management of Womens and Childrens Services across the market.

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, family-centered care in Labor & Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and Postpartum units.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and staff engagement.

• Drive initiatives that support patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and clinical outcomes.

• Manage budgets, staffing, and development for multiple sites within the network.

Required Qualifications:

• Current and active California RN license.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery or Obstetrics.

• At least 5 years of nursing leadership experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) or Business (MBA) preferred.

• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN).

• Strong leadership presence with a track record of team development and service line growth.
