A highly regarded long-term care and rehabilitation center in Baltimore County, Maryland, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations and support exceptional patient outcomes. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced RN with a strong background in long-term care or subacute rehab, ready to guide a nursing team with skill, integrity, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high standards of patient care in a long-term or subacute rehabilitation setting.

• Monitor clinical practices, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Support ongoing staff development and performance evaluation.

• Coordinate care delivery with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.

• Maintain accurate records and foster a patient-centered environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Maryland.

• Current CPR (BLS) certification.

• Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

• 57 years of clinical nursing experience in long-term care or subacute rehab, including leadership or management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or national nursing certification.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
