Registered Nurse General Medicine (MedSurg Psych)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) General Medicine (MedSurg Psych) to join our healthcare team in Everett, WA. This role focuses on providing comprehensive care to patients with medical, surgical, and behavioral health needs in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in acute care nursing, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Multiple shifts (Day/Night) and FTEs (0.6 0.9) available

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered nursing care in a general medicine, medical-surgical, and psychiatric unit.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment plans.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care interventions based on physician orders.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Active Washington RN license upon hire.
BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

National Certification in area of specialty (preferred upon hire).
