Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and provide post-operative and general medical care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care delivery.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Current Montana RN license upon hire.

• BLS certification (AHA) upon hire.

• ACLS and PALS certifications (AHA) required within 90 days of hire.

• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National certification in medical-surgical nursing or area of specialty upon hire.
