Radiation Therapist

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Radiation Therapist to join a healthcare team in Missoula, Montana. In this role, you will administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to established treatment protocols.

You will collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver accurate and effective treatment plans. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $78,000 to $135,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to work within a collaborative oncology environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.
• Registered Technologist – Radiation Therapy (R.T.(T)) certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a radiation oncology setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary oncology team.
