Staff Pediatrician

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Pediatrician to join Community Health Services in Hartford, Connecticut. This opportunity offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $169,000 to $248,000 annually based on experience, along with the chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

• Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• Ability to obtain DEA registration and Connecticut state narcotic registration.

• Ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care in an efficient and compassionate manner.

• Experience or willingness to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population with complex healthcare needs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients, colleagues, and healthcare stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.

• Ability to make evidence-based clinical decisions while adhering to departmental and organizational quality standards.

• Comfort using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical technology.

• Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and professionalism in a collaborative clinical environment.
