Position Overview
Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Trauma Program Nurse Manager to join Tenet Healthcare in Delray Beach, Florida. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing trauma program operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and supporting high-quality trauma patient care.
The Trauma Program Nurse Manager will collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain trauma program excellence, improve patient outcomes, and support trauma program accreditation standards. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $130,000 to $160,000 annually based on experience, along with up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related healthcare field required.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.

Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in Emergency Department or Trauma Nursing.

Experience in trauma program management, trauma leadership, or trauma quality management.

Working knowledge of quality improvement processes and Joint Commission standards.

Knowledge of American College of Surgeons (ACS) Committee on Trauma standards and Trauma Performance Improvement and Patient Safety (PIPS) processes.

Familiarity with Florida Department of Health Trauma Standards.
Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) or related healthcare leadership field.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
