Supervisor Nursing CICU (Full Time Nights)

Position Overview:
Tap Healthcare is seeking an accomplished and motivated Nursing Supervisor to lead the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, California. This full-time, night-shift leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee clinical operations, mentor critical care nursing staff, and promote excellence in patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and a compassionate leader with a strong foundation in cardiac critical care.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing.

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.

• At least one professional certification in a related specialty area.

• 2 years of recent clinical experience in a cardiac or intensive care specialty.

• 2 to 5 years of Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Nursing.

• Prior leadership experience in an ICU or high-acuity hospital setting.
