Job description:

6. Sales Forecasting & Reporting Preparing accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.

7. Negotiation & Closing Deals Supporting team members in high-level negotiations and finalizing important contracts.

8. Collaboration with Other Departments Working with marketing, product development, and customer service to align goals and strategies.

9. Monitoring KPIs Tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.

10. Ensuring Compliance Making sure all sales practices follow company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 

    years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments (depending on company needs).
