JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide HR analytics to support the development of key HR metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and strategic insights.
  2. Manage recurring and custom workforce reporting and analysis including headcount, turnover, movement, workforce design and other key HR metrics.
  3. Dealing with accounting and finance department related to monthly analytical reports.
  4. Prepare yearly budgeting & forecasting analysis for HR Department.
  5. Prepare and Maintain Employee Cost report for each Department on monthly basis.
  6. Consolidating Master Data and HR Data Reporting lead to develop and identify the HR Operations reporting requirements.
  7. Handling payroll execution.
  8. Understanding of HR business processes and procedures
  9. Working on SAP & Success Factors Payroll execution

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SAP & Success factors Expert user
  • Excellent communication.
  • Excellent Spreadsheet / Excel, data manipulation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to priorities and control workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision.
  • Excellent diplomatic and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent computer skill.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree in business administration, Human Resources Management.
  • 5-7 years of experience and minimum 3-4 years of Data analysis, business intelligence and/or reporting experience.
  • Very Good command of English Language (Written & Spoken).
