Senior O&M Engineer

Job Purpose

Responsible for MV & LV network operation and leading maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous power distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead operation and maintenance of MV & LV distribution networks.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and isolate faults in transformers, cables, and switchgear.
• Perform and supervise switching, isolation, and restoration activities.
• Monitor network voltage, load, and system performance.
• Execute and follow preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure fast response and restoration during network faults.
• Coordinate with operations, control center, and HSE teams.
• Supervise technicians and guide junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Prepare maintenance and performance reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Experience:
5–8 years in MV/LV electrical distribution O&M.

Required Competencies

• Strong MV/LV network knowledge.
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
