Job Purpose:

Assisting in the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. Also involves gaining foundational knowledge in compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Duties & responsibilities:

    • Support the analysis of current compensation structures for market competitiveness. 
    • Assist in managing and administering employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to enhancing the organization's benefits offerings. Assist in evaluating and grading new and existing positions to maintain internal equity.
    • Support effective communication with employees regarding compensation and benefits programs, addressing inquiries and providing clear information.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to compensation and benefits. 
    • Contribute to generating reports and analyses for management review, ensuring data integrity. 
    • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to support organizational compliance.
    • Participate in the development and maintenance of salary range structures, cost-effective allowances, and market-based benefits.
    • Support compensation and benefits analysis to identify internal trends and compliance improvements. 
    • Contribute to ensuring compliance with local wage and employment laws, including pay and benefits review and recommendations. 
    • Provide support in preparing and managing the payroll system.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    - A minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrated compensation and benefits experience 

    - Good knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and relevant employment laws.

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    - High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

    - Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
