About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing Specialist with a strong eye for design and experience in both graphic and motion graphics. This role supports the marketing team by producing engaging visual content including newsletters, calendars, social media visuals, and short motion graphics for digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a background in Mass Communication or Business, is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and enjoys bringing marketing ideas to life visually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality visual materials, including: Email newsletters (static and interactive) 
  •  Design Marketing calendars & print collateral
  • Design Social media graphics, infographics, and promotional assets
  • Deign Short-form motion graphics for social media, internal videos, and Presentations
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and media platforms.
  • Support marketing initiatives with creative input and execution.
  • Manage timelines and production of marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with external vendors when needed (printers, freelancers, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or graphic design role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and basic After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics.
  • Strong design sense, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and collaborate cross functionally.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion design for reels, ads, or animated explainers.
  • Basic video editing and animation (GIFs, reels, etc.)
  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Figma, or Final Cut Pro (a plus).
