PV O&M Engineer

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PV O&M Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our solar power plants, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of solar power plants, including PV modules, inverters, and other equipment

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime

- Monitor performance and output of solar power plants, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

- Develop and maintain O&M schedules and procedures

- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for any necessary repairs or replacements

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in PV O&M

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field

- 0-2 years of experience in PV O&M, preferably in the renewable energy sector

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to solar power plants.
