About the job HR Reporting & Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of HR analysts, data scientists, and reporting specialists to deliver high-quality HR insights and analytics.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities across TAQA Arabia's Sectors.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and other key stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop a comprehensive HR reporting and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data.
- Oversee the design and development of HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of regular and ad-hoc HR reports.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that contribute to effective decision-making.
- Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in HR analytics and reporting.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new systems or upgrades to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR Reporting and Analytics function.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the HR Reporting and Analytics team by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience 7-10 Years in HR reporting and analytics or compensation and benefits, with a track record of leading successful teams.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI) and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
