Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of HR analysts, data scientists, and reporting specialists to deliver high-quality HR insights and analytics.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities across TAQA Arabia's Sectors.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and other key stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop a comprehensive HR reporting and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data.
  • Oversee the design and development of HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of regular and ad-hoc HR reports.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that contribute to effective decision-making.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in HR analytics and reporting.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new systems or upgrades to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR Reporting and Analytics function.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the HR Reporting and Analytics team by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 7-10 Years in HR reporting and analytics or compensation and benefits, with a track record of leading successful teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI) and statistical analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
